I can not find any info about your model from there website.

Normally you remove the cover that is on the side of the unit, remove
the piece of insulation and you should see a black box, which is the thermostat control , on it there is a red button, this is the reset.
If this keeps tripping, but never did before,it could be the heater element is going bad and more so if you have hard water.

I don't have hot water suddenly. Please help me.

You posted under Rheem 81VP which is 6 gallon point of use electric water heater.
3 things can cause problems: Power going to water heater, thermostat with reset button, and 1500watt element.
Check that 120Volf circuit breaker is not tripped.
Open cover on side of tank and push in red reset button.

If reset button is not tripped out or will not reset, and water heater has power, then replace thermostat is best start point.

Also test element, since elements burn out:

How do I drain water heater to replace heating element? Does this unit come with a reset button?

Hi, W/D here.

You can test your stats with a volt meter, and you can test the elements by testing for continuity.

All water heaters come with a drain valve that resembles an outside faucet. To drain, shut off the power source (trip the breaker). There is a reset button located behind the plastic thermostat shield. The shield is behind the sheetmetal cover, and there is a hole in the upper part of the white plastic shield. Inside the hole is a red button, and this is the reset. Shut the cold water inlet valve, located on one of the copper lines at the top of the water heater. Connect a garden hose to the drain valve and tighten it securely. Route the other end outside. Try to avoid having any loops or high spots in the hose. Open the drain and water will flow briefly, until a slight vacuum is formed in the tank. You'll need to break the vacuum by establishing an air bleed. This can be done by opening a hot water tap close to the water heater in the bathroom or kitchen, or you can lift the lever on the pressure relief valve. Whichever method you use, you should be able to hear air being drawn back into the tank.
When the tank is empty, replace the heating element, refill the tank, bleed the air off of the tank at the sink and power it back up.
Best regards, --W/D--

81sv-300 Breaker was turned off then back on. 8 hrs later no hot water. breaker was found to have tripped. turned on but still no hot water. thermostats were found to have been at top:140,...

The button could be stuck on the thermostat or needs replacing. You try to reset it by putting the screw driver head against the reset button and bump the handle with your hand to try to free it up. I have tried that and it free up one, reguardless if it didn't you would have to replace it any way if it is bad.
The button should pree in to reset, also check element's out they can short and throw your breaker.
