Question about NorStar T7316E Corded Phone
I want to change the extentsion of the operator. When someone dials "0" it rings to ext. 227. I want it to ring to ext. 231. How do I fix this?
It would be easier to just switch the phones with each other.
Ensure that Autoset Relocate if turned on and swap out the sets.
But, if that is not that case here, you will have to get into system programming:
-> under Services
-> Common Settings
-> Control Sets
-> for Sets and change every control set from 227 to 231

This changes the time, but you may have CID changing it back. That event usually takes place about the first call after 2 or 3 AM daily.
