Memory Disc Error

your memory card has a virus! try formatting using camera. make it a habit that whenever you reinsert the memory card in your camera, format it first before taking shots, this will erase everything including virus!
try also to remove and reinsert the card several times, this will gonna clean the contact points inside the camera. Try also another memory card.
