Question about Avaya Corded Phone avaparp18d
I NEED TO CHANGE AN EXTENSION ON A PHONE 18-D PARTNER. HAD THE REPAIR GUY HERE TO FIX VOICE MAIL CARD AND ONE ON MY PHONES NOW RINGS TO THE WRONG EXTENSION. CALLED AVAYA AND THEY WANT MAJOR MONEY TO GIVE OUT INFO ON PROGRAMING.
The only way to change what extension a phone is, is to move the plugs that go into the phone system around. Someone needs to move the plugs, you can not program this remotely, so you will need a tech on site.
