Hobart dishwasher lxic detergent pump will not run

I have a lxic dishwasher and the detergent pump will not run during wash cycle but I did check the pump and it does work I opened the panel to check if the pump was off on the curcuit board program but I don't know the steps on how to change the program Thanks

Is the pump shaft turning during the wash cycle? If so I bet it is the same problem I had with my sanitizer pump on my 24" LXIc. remove the pump cover plate & replace the internal tube. Search this site for hobart LXIc sanitizer problem.
