Question about HP PSC 500 All-In-One Printer
I have searched HP site for a driver compatible with Windows XP Professional. The driver offered will allow the printer function to print, but the system will not recognize the device as a scanner. Can you help my problem? Is there a fix somewhere? The original disk with drivers is will not load on XP.
According to hp you can't install the microsoft drivers you have to use the hp site driver for this printer . first go to hp and look up this model . then look under specialtions then look for how to install windows xp driver for this model
