Sansa c240 battery issue

By mistif on Sep 14, 2007

I bought the Sansa c240 mp3 player about a month ago. I charged it and used it for about an hour before the battery shut down. I charged it again to full power and when I went to use it an hour later, it was already dead. Why won't it hold a charge?

Does it indicate that it is fully charged? If it does, I would return it or have it replaced. You have a 1 year warranty from SanDisk.

If not, try using a different USB port on the computer, preferably one in the back.

Best of Luck.
