Wont do anything but red standby led

picked up a techwood plr85 home theater reciever could'nt get back speakers to work everything else worked. checked the fuses 2 was blown put 2 in popped them as soon as i turned it on. plugged the headphones in listend to the radio all day long. hooked it up to my tv through video1 everything worked. turned it off and now it wont do anything except the red light comes on when you plug it in (the standby light). please help
