Question about RCA 27V520T 27" TV
Turn tv on, think there might have been a storm that day, and picture moved down about 2 inches and left a blue bar at the top. So now we only see people from the waist up! Is there a way, like the old tv's, to move the screen back up?
No, you have a vertical collapse problem only correctiable by changing internal components. Sorry :-(
