hi can you help me i'm trying to print photo onto a4 paper but for some reason they are coming out smaller

Make sure you have the fit to page option selected on the panel and in the driver. Make sure the 10x15 option is NOT selected.

Let me know if this helps. If not please get a ruler and measure the size that the print is coming out. Post that info here and I should be able to help you further.
