Plantronics Explorer 320 will not power up. I was on the phone when it stopped working it kind of died out like it was the uncharged. I then tried to charge it, but it has never worked since. What should I do?

I have the same problem with my Plantronics 320. ALthough it is paired with my blackberrry it was not connecting, to the phone, so I recharged the plantronics and no matter what I do (I even removed it from the blackberry and paired the devices together 2 or 3 times) I can't get the PLantronics to connect.

I'm wondering if the battery needs replacing. If so, where can we purcahse batteries for this headset?

Bluetooth just died. When try to charge the blue light goes on indicating it is fully charged. When turning it on the blue light goes on for about 2 seconds and then the red light appears. I cannot even get it into the pair mode.

Anybody have any thoughts on this.

    Thanks,

    Marty

Can't hook up the Plantronics 320 with my Pantech phone . Is the pass code 0000 ?

For all current Bluetooth headsets the passkey is 0000 (four zeros).
If the phone does not accept this code, please refer to your cell phone user's guide to ensure the proper setup procedure.

Note: Powering your cell phone off and on sometimes corrects this issue. You cannot change or personalize the PIN code/password of the Bluetooth headsets. It will always remain four zeros.

The headset connects to the phone but then it says connecting and then comes up bluetooth connection failed and it wont work hands free, it has the blue symbol on my phone screen but wont it wont connect...

I would suggest turning off your phone and headset. Turn your phone back on and put the headset into pairing mode (the headset needs to be turned off when starting the pairing mode) pull up your menu on your Bluetooth phone and try reconnecting the two again.

CAN'T GET BB9630 TO CONNET TO PLANTRONICS 320 BLUETOOTH

Remember that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply turn your phone off and remove
again the battery for a few seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. If this does not resolve the issue, delete any pairing information for your Explorer 320 headset and pair it again with your phone, carefully following the instructions on the link below for the Plantronics Explorer 320.
