How to connect Pixma 3150 after a change of router

Here is a link to the instructions on how to do this. Note that on the default page there is only instructions for the WPS setup method. If your router does not support this, look for the "Standard Connection Method" option and click on it. Hope this helps!

I am using windows XP in my Toshiba laptop sattellie Series. I am unable to make any new connection to connect to Internet.

That is because the L300 does not support XP.
If you reinstall Vista, all will be well again.
XP is no longer supported even by Microsoft as it is over 10 years old and now obsolete.
Hope that helps.

How can I locate the PIN number of the router I have on the Linksys tag the model, under that a S/N# under that a MAC#? Is my MAC# the PIN#?

Are you trying to connect to the wireless network on the windows VISTA / 7 computer? Sometimes it willl ask you for PIN number. you don't need to enter the PIN number. On the same page you will get the option, I don't want to configure, i want to enter the key. click on it and it will go to the next step. if you network is secured then it will ask you for the network key. Enter the key and it will connect you to the network. If you are trying to add any other wireless device in the network then try to bypass this step and connect to the network manually.

How do i set up my wireless canon printer to my laptop? I keep getting messages saying can't find the printer.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
Things You'll Need: · Wireless print server
· USB printer
· Ethernet cable
· Computer
1. Step 1
Obtain a wireless print server that is compatible with both your wireless network and your printer. While the printer’s documentation may not explicitly say that it is compatible with a print sever, many are compatible, and this can be verified by checking the website of the print server’s manufacturer. If you have a multifunction printer, only the print function will work with most wireless print servers, though a few have recently added support for scanning and the printer’s other functions.
Step 2 Read all of the documentation that came with the wireless print server. The manual will detail the specifics of the installation routine.
Step 3 Connect the printer to the wireless print server via the USB cable. Connect the print server’s Ac adapter and turn the unit on.
Step 4 Connect an Ethernet cable between the wireless print server and your computer. This will be used for the initial setup only.
Step 5 Insert the CD supplied with the print server into your CD-Rom drive. Start the software if it does not start automatically. The application will walk you through the installation process, which includes setting the unit’s IP address, setting an access password, configuring it to connect to the wireless network, installing the drivers that allow the print server to use the printer and installing the print drivers on your computers.
Step 6 Choose how your print server will be addressed. Most units are set up to use dynamic addressing by default, which means that your wireless router will assign an IP address to it. This allows the server to be easily installed on the network, but it also means that the IP address of the printer may change over time. The other option is to assign a static IP address to your print server. This option is more reliable, because the print server will always use the same IP address, making it easier for the computers to find the printer and easier to access the print server’s online configuration application. If your router has the IP address of 192.168.0.1, for instance, set the print server to something like 192.168.0.2 or 192.168.0.3, as long as another device does not use that address.
Step 7
Set a password to be used to access the unit’s online configuration application.
Step 8 Configure the print server to access your wireless network. Give it the same SSID network name as your router and set it to use the same wireless channel. If encryption is used on the router, enable encryption on the print server, and enter the encryption key or password.
Step 9 Follow the instructions given by the print server’s software for installing printer drivers on the unit.
Step 10
Disconnect the Ethernet cable and allow the unit to connect via the wireless network.
Step 11 Install the printing drivers on each computer that will use the printer.
Step 12 Access the print server’s online configuration application to verify all settings by entering the IP address of the unit into a web browser, using the “http://192.168.0.2” format. Enter the administrator name and password.
Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

How do i set the time on my new Samsung s5600

Hello

Ok, here is the step by step instructions on how to change the time and regional settings on your Samsung phone.

  1. 1 Open the menu. Enter the menu by either pressing the soft buttons for menu, or usually pressing the "OK" or center button of the directional pad.
  2. Step 2 Choose the option that says, "Settings" or something that is closely related to that; it may also say "Phone Settings."
  3. Step 3 Scroll down to the option "Phone Settings."
  4. Step 4 Scroll down and select "Time and Date." Choosing this option will take you to the time setting page where you can change the clock settings.
  5. Step 5 Change the clock settings by typing in the numbers, or by using the scroll keys to determine the correct time. When this is accomplished select the "OK" option by pushing the "OK" button or by the center key.
  6. Updating the Time in a Digital Signal
  7. Step 1 Turn the phone off. The fastest and easiest way to update the time when you are receiving and digital signal is just to turn the phone off. This will disconnect the phone from all cell towers.
  8. Step 2 Turn the phone back on. When the phone is turned back on, it will connect to the nearest local tower and refresh the settings including the time. This method is especially helpful when traveling across time zones.
  9. Step 3 Adjust the "Network" feature if available. Some phones have features in the settings to connect to another network, or renew the license for the network that it is currently attached to. If the phone has this setting, it can be used in place of turning the phone off and back on.
Let me know if this was helpful.

Kind regards
Andrea

Printer drivers

Have you made sure that the Printer is a shared resource.

Generally a printer will not be seen on a network if it is shared (allowed to be used by others).

From the computer (where the Printer is attached), locate the Printer by :

1. Click Start
2. Click Settings (or Control Panel)
3. Click Printers (or Printers and Faxes)
4. Highlight the printer you want to share.
5. Click File, Sharing (or Properties, and the Sharing tab).
6. Click to Share the printer.

The printer should now be available for you to see (from your laptop or anything connected to your network). The instructions above are for Windows XP (Vista).

I personally do not own Windows 7 and cannot provide you with exact steps for Windows 7.

However, SHARING is what you are looking for. If you can't achieve sharing the printer with the above steps, then use the HELP in Windows 7 to get the exact instructions.

If you need further assistance, let me know. Please rate. Regards,

Using the Canon PIXMA MP240 printer wirelessly

In order to do this, the laptops have to be able to communicate with each other wirelessly. I.e., you have to have a wireless network set up. If you do, then you are "printer sharing", using one laptop as the 'printer server' (with the printer connected to it) and the other as the 'client'. Step by step instructions are available at this link. Type "printer sharing" in the search box in the center of the screen and click on the Search button. Select the option that matches your requirements.
