I HAVE A GE 19"TV/VCR COMBO (MODEL 19TVR60) THAT DOESN'T TURN ON. IT
JUST HAS THE POWER LIGHT BLINK A FEW TIMES WHEN PRESSING POWER & THATS
ALL. I FOUND THAT RL06 (WHICH I THINK IS A 680 OHM RESISTOR ON THE
DEFLECTION BOARD) WAS BAD BUT WHEN IT WAS REPLACED IT BURNS AGAIN. I
HAVE ANOTHER UNIT WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IT ANYONE
HAS SEEN THIS PROBLEM?
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

I have a GE 19TVR60 TV/VCR that will not turn on. Five lights flash on and off (Power, Record, Timer Rec, Timer Wake up and Repeat) and that's it. I've heard that pressing the Power button and holding it for 10 seconds would help. However, No Luck.... Does anyone have any suggestions?

For another Unit, a Tech suggested that the Parental Lock is preventing the Unit from turning on properly. With the Combo turned off, on the Original Remote press and hold the Power Button for 8 to 10 seconds to release the Parental Lock.
