Question about LG RU-42PX10 42 in. HD-Ready Plasma Television
Recently my 50" LG plasma TV model DU-50PX10C (purchased in June 1995) started to have a 1" wide black bar extend half the screen from the top (just left of center) at turn-on and remains there for at first for 1-hour, now it takes about 4-hours for it to disappear. Picture is fine, just have to deal with the black bar. I contacted LG's Customer Service and they suggested I have a technician look at it. Before I incur that cost I wanted to know if there's a simple solution to my problem.
Video board would bed the east solution replace it i have one out of working unit along with all other components i am willing to sell the screen on mine is brtoken but boards are all still good will sell call me 573-433-1925

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
