My new Lumix TZ40 has just arrived and keeps saying built in memory full and I have not taken a single photograph. How do I get fix this svp?

delete the pictures (you should be able to upload them first)

Remove the SD card and slide the lock switch on it to the unlocked position. If it's already there then slide it fully to locked and then fully back again.

If this fails then you need to try another SD card to see whether it's a camera fault. If the camera is at fault then there's nothing more you can do other than to return the camera to Panasonic for repair.

Press menu/set...playback menu....select "copy" Make the choice to copy the internal memory to the card and select "yes".
