I have a huawei pillar m615 phone how do,I reset it

go to the network setting and search for new notwork in manual and selecrt your operator and keep in manual setting only you can change ut ehenever you need to change

you have to change your speaeker located in top of your mobile , maybe is burned out and when you make and receive call there is not sound at all leting your mobile go to speaker loud who is located bottom of your phone, in some cases a new software maybe fix this situation , samme release but you have to do it from begining.

Probably knocked the power wire off the mainboard. Disassemble and resolder connection or replace phone.

I have the same phone so the only solution is to get a new one.

Dial your area code and phone number....hit send. Follow the voice prompts. It is very easy.
