Question about Lexmark T640 Laser Printer
Just purchased a Lexmark T640 for my computer lab in a high school. Problems have arisen from the beginning. My previous HP 420 series was a work horse and networked easily. This printer will disconnect from our network on a regular basis. If more than one student is printing at the same time, instead of stacking up in memory, at least one of them will get an error message that they cannot print due to printer setup problems. Other times they CAN print! It is as though only one can print at a time and have to "time it" so that this error doesn't show up. Can anyone help me?
Might try going into the printer setup on each computer and set it to print after the current job is finished. Let me know :-)
