Question about Dual Electronics CECT P168 Cellular Phone
1. At the main menu, select “Settings”
2. Now select “User profiles”
3. In the next menu, select “General”
4. Now “Customize”
5. Select “Tone setup”
6. Choose which SIM (on dual SIM card phones) you want to assign a ringtone to.
7. You will now see a list of available ringtone.
8. Select it.
You should see at the very bottom of this list 5 empty locations this is where you can add your own mp3's as ringtones.
Now I Know your second question once you get this figured out will be how to assign ringtones to individual contacts in your phone book so here is part 2. 1. From the Main menu choose Phone
2. Choose Quick search
3. Find the contact in the list you want to add the ringtone by scrolling down the list and tap on their name
4. Choose Edit
5. Scroll down the list of options to the Musical note called Associate sound and select the ringtone from the list.
Your new ringtone will now function for that contact whenever they call!

The MINI is NOT the same as the normal I9 or 168+ in the way ringtones are setup.
From Second Main Menu page, select 'Profile' on the I9 MINI and then select 'General' then 'Customize' then 'Tone Setup' then SIM1 or SIM2 depending on which you are using/setting up. Now you can scroll through the ringtones to select a new one. All other ringtone related setup can be set through these menus...

SOURCE: I9 Phone Unlock wont move
Try Calibrating the touch screen. Listed is the instructions how.
Please use the stylus to calibrate!
The fastest way is to be on the slide-lock screen & hold the side volume button in the Up position until
"Press volume down key to check" comes up onscreen. This may or may not work on all firmware versions
on the current i9, but works on most. Make sure to hold the button firmly in the Up position. You will first
see the normal volume speaker icon show onscreen and the volume rise, but just keep holding it Up, and
eventually you should see the pop-up box noted earlier. The moment you see that pop up onscreen,
immediately press the side volume button in the down position. A white calibration screen should now
show & you can calibrate the touch screen using the stylus. Try to tap as close to the center of the little
pulsating icons as possible, as this will more accurately calibrate your touch screen. If the calibration
screen didn't come up using that method, then you can get to it from the Main menu screen.
Select "Settings", then select "Pen calibration", & follow the previous instruction.

Usually these covers slide off. Look at it carefully and you can see that there is only one direction it could possibly move. Push it in that direction with both thumbs. I am not familiar with that particular model.
