Question about Sony PSP (Piano Black)
WHEN I TRIED TO PLAY A GAME ON MY PSP IT CAME "THE GAME COULD NOT BE STARTED(80020148)
TO FIX THE PROBLEM FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. Goto Recovery Menu (turn off then hold R and turn on)
2. Configuration -> Use NO-UMD (Disable it)
3. Go all the way back to main menu
4. Advanced -> Advanced Configuration -> (Disable all of them)

If you do have custom firmware you could have the Kernal set to 1.5 instead of the latest one. Goto <Configuration> and set the <Game folder homebrew > to the latest you have on your PSP.
