- I am having the exact same problem. Tried hooking up Netgear wireless router; followed all directions to a T - for some reason now the modem doesn't connect to the internet. Disconnected the router; connected computer directly to the modem; still nothing. I think something happened when I rebooted the modem. Any suggestions?- blahbleeblooApr 17, 2008

what kind of problem are you having? if setup problem, u can call your ISP(if the modem came from your isp).if you already tried running the cd installer and it's still not working, the technical support has a manual configuration and can walk you thru it over the phone..

This modem has major problems and you'll see the more you look the more you'll find out this is ****. It goes out often and always. My regular provider keeps sending me new ones and before long it does the same thing or something new for some other reason. Major problem with keeping username and password. The stupid contraption wont stop blinking.
