First, we want to clarify that the headset connection is an RJ9 (RJ11 is
the phone cable to the wall and the clip is larger). Plantronics
doesn't make any such adapter but it is available online, just type
"converter rj to 3.5mm" and you should get some leads to check out.
assuming that you are asking about getting files from the mobile ..and inserting them to it ..the answer is using this pc -suite .. This will open a page when you can either browse the phone..and its card ..or ..using the media manager ..you can modify files..download-upload them ..and even convert if you want to make some files into another format .. Here is the download link ...just download it ..and install ...During the installation .at some point you will be asked to insert the data cable and the phone should be on .. http://www.software112.com/products/lg-pc-suite.html
Please go to control panel and click on Sound
In theSound properties / settings window you must be seeing 2 options right click on the Logitech option and set it to default. Post this your logitech USB headset will be set to default sound playback device
I hope if you disconnect / connect the logitech USB headphones you are hearing sound from the regular speakers.
The correct connection size for headsets used with S10, T10 & T20 isan RJ9. The jack on the back of the T10 and T20 is an RJ9, this is for the cord that runs into the wall jack. The cord itself has an RJ9 on the end that plugs into the T10 & T20 and an RJ11 connectionon the other end that plugs into the wall jack. This cord is supplied with the units.
i had the same problem with mine.
the problem is with the completely empty battery.
solution is to disassemble it and force charge the battery inside. you have to cut any usb cable leaving the side which connects to pc and remove the insolation from red and black wires. connect them for few seconds to battery soldering points on jabra board (red to red, black to black, sometimes you have to scratch the solder a bit if it oxidized a bit). once you see the light you can start charging it normally.
The fine wires in
the cord casing do break easily. If your RJ9 connection is loose, then
the brass contacts are not making good contact inside the T10 base. Not many options, unless you can get the RJ9 clip repaired, but to get a new system.
you should have gotten a usb cable with your phone. simply plug it into the side of your phone, and then plug the other end into either the front or back of your pc, depending on where your usb connection is. Now, turn on your phone, and a screen should pop up on your pc asking if it can install software. Then, simply solve the steps
