Question about GE WWSE5200B Top Load Washer
WJRR4170GWW is the model and it is less than 2 years old. It washes but will not spin.
After having a similar problem and looking all over this website, I found a lot of answers from "experts" saying that the washer should be replaced, or replace the motor, etc.
I just found this at the GE website, and it cured the problem in less than 2 minutes. I'm no expert, but I'd at least recommend trying this.

I found a site that gives you diagnostics and how to fix them, without the purchase of parts... believe it or not, it does work.

The timer controller is usually the problem, replace the timer
