Question about Computers & Internet
Some of my e-mails will not delete. About 50 come up with the following message Windows mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message. Check your computer for low disc space and try again. It has been doing this on just these 50 or so messages while the newer messages delete just fine? Have any idea whats up?
Hi I'm guessing that these have attachments and have multiple addresses where they've been forwarded etc and that you have a lot of disk space. This being the case I suspect and this is a guess that they contain some virus or other which are trying to unpack to your system but anti virus software is'nt letting them. I should contact your e-mail provider and ask them for help.
I hope this helps. Please let me know how you get on.

Go to the web server that you get your mail from (example www.comcast.net login to mail) and delete the files from there. I have had this problem a couple of times and it has worked for me
