C0400, Exposure lamp failes to turn on. The lamp under the exposure glass is burnt out or the thermal fuse for the lamp has blown. Ohm out the lamp and fuse, replace as needed.

Copier malfunction

Have you just added a new toner? If so try this first.... Turn the power off and carefully remove the toner bottle you just put in.. Close the front door and turn the power back on and let the copier warm up to ready. Make one or two copies and open the front door and reinstall the toner bottle again... That should take care of the problem.... If it dose not work you probly have more of a major problem with the hopper unit..

Error code C0070

This could be a easy fix for you. Did you just add a new toner? If so, try this..... Remove the new toner bottle CAREFULLY, mahe sure the hole in the bottle is in the upward position. Once you have removed the bottle, Close the front door and turn the copier OFF then back On. Let the copier come to ready and reinstall the toner agian as it is displayed on the front cover or box. Then close the front door and try to make a copy. It should work for you... If not you most likely have a problem with the toner motor or the home position sensor for the toner bottle. You may have to call a service rep. to handle that problem. Good Luck...

Minolta CSPRO EP 3050 turning it On appears display Code: C0200

A C0200 is a problem with one of the coronas - could be the charge, transfer, or separator.

First try resetting the code by opening and closing the main front door with the machine powered up and the error code showing. This should make the code go away.

It may or may not come back. If it does, clean the coronas.

It is necessary to remove the drum assembly in order to access the charge corona.

The EP3050 originally came with a self-replacing charge corona. It actually had a small spool of corona wire in the charge corona assembly, along with a small motor that advanced the wire every few thousand copies. This was prone to malfunctions, and there was a retrofit kit which replaced the whole thing with a conventional wire.

If you still have the code, and have no idea what I'm talking about, then it is probably time to call a technician. :-)

You will need to call an independent, as Konica Minolta no longer supports this model.
