I have made a point of NEVER letting iPhoto delete the pictures but I delete them manually in the camera once I know they are safe in iPhoto. However, I am finding that I am no-longer deleting the photos from the card - when it is full I put it aside and use a new one - they are so cheap now - way cheaper than film is.

sometimes old photos tend to stay inside due to some defect or settings. instead of deleting photos. format the card once before you start clicking the photos. formatting can be done in PC or in your camera. if this does not solve the problem. please revert back to us.
