Question about HP PSC 2175 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I keep getting an error message that reads "remove and change cartridge". I did that and replaced the expensive cartridges and still get the same error message. I turned the unit off and waited and re-connected ...still same message. HP support said it was a hardware problem and I need to purchase an upgraded printer. I really can't afford a new one right now.
Hi there, Try this steps, -Turn off your PC -Turn on your printer -Remove your cartridges -once removed pul the power plug on the printer -clean the contacts with dumped alchohol 70% solution on cotton buds -once dry enough re-insert your power cord on the printer -insert your new cartridges -let your printer initiallize =================================== hope this helps let me know ok?
