Question about Akai LCT2715 27 in. LCD Television
You most likely have low voltage power trouble. 5v line. This line feed the microprocessor. The power supply must be repaired or replaced.

In addition to the previous post, the blinking light indicates a shorted zener diode, blown resistors and bulging capacitors.
