I am unable to use smart audio for my HP Pavilion dv1000. I'm able to pull up the smart audio mic enhancement, but have no idea how to get to the actual app and record. Looking through the comments, it looks like several people needed to download the driver but I'm not sure if that would solve my problem. Any thoughts?
