Question about PDAs

Can't get something to work.

I have an MP3 player that I got from Bath and Body Works for Christmas this last year and I can get the songs downloaded on it but forgot how to get the songs to play on it. It's like when I turn it on it won't play them it's like it's on pause and won't start playing the songs. It's just a small mp3 player. Nothing fancy. Came with some instructions but I've moved so many times I've lost the instructions. Can you help me???

If you can post the make / model, that would be helpful.

Re: Can't get something to work.

Try holding down the play button for 2-3 seconds. It should turn on then.

Download to BlackJack II

What format are the itunes songs in? The Blackjack II will read WMA, MP3, and a few others but not itunes format.

The easiest way to get music on the phone is by putting all of the songs onto a memory card (Micro SD) and then put the memory card into the phone.

Well, you can always try Reformatting it with the built in Operating System Format.. Since I have no 2000 boxes around anymore, I cannot tell you for sure that it will work with the older OS, but I have had to reformat my old MP3 Flash Stick Player before, and it worked... (Now I use a Zune, so if I loose it, I will have to try something more extreme, like updating the firmware..)

Now, all that being said, I also have a vast array of memory sticks that are quite dead, and formatting them does me no good at all...

Also, it could even be the USB ports themselves that are causing your issues.. one quick fix might be to update the drivers, or just uninstall the USB devices (Device Manager) and then reinstall them, just by rebooting your PC.

I have a great link for solving USB problems, since my website is down for repairs.. read through this for some help with USB:
