Question about Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop
I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 that I bought new 6 months ago. I have noticed from almost the start that it runs hot occasionally, but thought it was due to the cushion it was sitting on. I would try to keep it raised so that there was room for air circulation. More recently I have noticed that it runs hot pretty much all the time. Tonight I have been using it for about 4 hours and I don't recall the fan running one time. The only other piece of information that I have is that I do leave it plugged in pretty much all the time. It is only occasionally that I unplug it and use it mobilly. Does anyone have a solution or can walk me through the process of adjusting the fan?
Hi i have got dell 1525.
Recently i spilt a tea on my keyboard and it didnt work for about a month. Afterwards i replaced a keyboard which isn't working properly even with a new keyboard, and also the mouse area isn't working properly. Also my fan doesn't work either, and the laptop gets overheating, i can't work out what i should do either buy a fan or to buy a cooler? please help to find a solution to this problem as I don't know what to do and how to solve it. because the laptop is very good and it is a shame to loose laptop like this. many thanks

Hi Dear. Always Pick n Place notebooks very carefully. When need to pick with both hands you can pick it in any direction but when need to pick with single hand, always use vertical position, without pressing and forcing any area. Place it on any flat surface where you are sure that exhaust system of CPU's fan is well ventilated. Heating problem may occure due to many reasons. Verify CPU fan function in BIOS, Clean CPU cooling fan and exhaust system with Electric Blower. NEVER use continuous charging, plug out charger wire when battry is 100% full, charg again when low battry alerts. This will increase battry life & backup time.
