Possible that PC is hanging up as there is fault on the OS ( operating system) . So open the internet options in the browser and clean all the cookies, temporary internet files, defragment the drives and RESTORE the PC to an earlier set date.
You can use a registry cleaner like Advanced system care. Download from the site and check you system for corrupt files. Also use a good antivirus software which is active to keep your system performing without an attack on the OS. Remove all unnecessary programs installed which you do not use all the time and clean up the drives. This will free up the space and make your system faster. If there is no response but the PC tends to work slower and occasionally hanging when a program is being executed then you might have to installthe OS once again. Install the OS and then an antivirus before the drivers of the PC is installed.
Either: peerblock is blocking your sites Or: This is most likely your antivirus program blocking Chrome from
accessing the internet. The firewall is blocking Google Chrome because
the antivirus program no longer recognizes it - even though it is on the
list of permitted programs. To fix this problem, make sure your
antivirus and/or firewall software are configured as a trusted
application to allow Chrome to access the internet.
check whether other pages have problem if not as my personal experience there is nothing error with the internet connectivity. if other pages are accessbile there may be external program blocking you from entering from this site sometimes viruses or malwares(scan the PC with a good antivirus) this problem may also created by a antivirus software because most of the antivirus software block the website from which network attack have come. if you are a advanced user check the program blocked in firewall and check the network activity whether any ports are blocked and so . if you are a novice directly uninstall the antivirus and delete the complete files and settings and preferences. then intsall again

Personal Security is very wisely denominated rogue antispyware. Most users figure out what sort of software they have and ask how to remove Personal Antivirus To remove Personal Security spyware you must block Personal Security sites, stop and delete processes, unregister DLL files, search and delete all other Personal Security files and registry utility. Other software removal method is to remove Personal Security by using "Add or Remove Programs" service. However there may be hidden Personal Security files, running processes and registries in your computer, so Personal Security may recreate all other files after reboot.
Whichever antivirus you might have installed will have an option to exclude it & mark it 'trusted' in the exeptions list for the antivirus to allow you to navigate to that site without blocking. After that these annoying pop ups wont appear as warnings and will allow you to access whatever site in facebook and any other site that you wish to frequent...sodeep
Try the free version of Malwarebytes If you have issues installing it, try renaming the file and then renaming the main .exe after it's installed. Some viruses and trojans can recognize the file name and prevent it from installing/running. Also try safe mode to install and run a full scan.
