My update last month has caused numerous message problems and doesn't seem to absorb that I did in fact update my subscription. HELP.

First - I've been on hold with symantecs; spoke briefly with someone from India whom I could not understand, and now I've been on hold for another forty minutes. HELP!!!! How can I actually talk to a human being now? I renewed my subscription last month; it came off of my credit card and I have the statement to prove this. I keep getting an Urgent Attention message from Norton Protection Center in red with a big red X stating that my virus protection has NOT been updated recently, 1 item is affect my status; and I'm at high risk for a virus. What is going on?????? I'm seriously considering just dumping this company; first of all; if I have to speak to someone in India who I can't understand for assistance, we have a significant problem. I would appreciate some immediately assistance. Thank you.

Well, when you renewed your subscription online, you just renewed it on the symantec end. So what you need to do next is open your Norton program, and go to "My Norton Account" or "subscription". Then you need to sign into your norton account from within the Norton Application and it will update your subscription status.

I suggest you get another unit as the water or moisture in the box will not be helping at all. In all your fault codes if it is the box you would have had a fault code that includes the cpu as a source of the fault.

This will need a hands on inspection by a qualified mechanic. i suggest the Kia dealership, but at a minimum it needs to go to a different shop than the one you've been taking it to as they seem to not know what they're doing.

realizing that win xp is no longer supported by microsoft the problem may be that there is now no connection to allow up dates to win xp
if you have service pack3 for xp that is the last update

Usually when an update comes out that causes a lot of problems, a second (fix) update comes out soon after that will fix the problems that people are having. You might want to wait up to a week to see if a new update is released or talk to Sprint and see if they know of when it might be fixed.

Most likely you have another chat program using the camera. Right click on the icons in the systray next to the clock and exit programs. After exiting each program, try the camera again. The last program you exit before the camera is the one causing the problem. Restart the computer and right click on that program and try and set it to not start when the Windows starts.

It wont let me download the update


The new update for the launch of Kinect is causing problems. I fixed mine by going into System Settings, Network settings, then running a test on xbox live. Initiating the test logs your profile out then runs a network test. The test completed with no problems and then asked me if I wanted to update again. Without logging back into my profile I clicked OK and the update ran without a hitch. I think the solution lies in the fact that my profile was logged out and from what I have seen, the only way to connect to xbox live without a profile being logged in is with a network test. Once you connect to xbox live it senses that you don't have the update and asks you again, this time without a profile logged in and you are able to do it.

there are several reasons first is your phone,is your phones firware capable of receiving multimedia messages? second your subscription, meaning does your current subscription allow mms/data transfers? last is operator problems, some glitches of some sort causing some subscribers having difficulties in different ways. so check it step by step, youll find whats wrong.
