Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 Cellular Phone
Rim Blackberry Pearl flip 8220. Tmobile unlocked. I am using on AT&T. Cannot retrive MMS data or pictures.
By retrieve do you mean you have already recevied them and they are no longer visible to you?! If so check the following.
You may have already tried some of these options, but for the sake of completeness.
Check your icons are not hidden. From desktop/ Options/ Show All.
The MMS Data - MultiMedia Messages may be stored along with
your Text messages - check this folder.
Check all your Media folders - including My Pictures and Preloaded.
Failing all of the above - Check MMS in Options and MMS and do the same for Media Card.
If you connect your Blackberry to your PC you will be able to see all stored files and their location..
If you are not able to receive them in the first instance - You will need to enable yout Blackberry to receive them by MMS in Options and checking this option in addition your Network Provider will need to send you settings to store.

All right! Don't worry! There are always
two ways for you to restore all your photo data back from your Blackberry phone.
1). Have you made a backup of all your cell phone data on the Clouds, iTunes or other drives?
If you have, you absolutely can copy them all back from the backup.
2). Apply a third-party data recovery freeware
But, unfortunately, you have not made any data backup. A third-party data recovery freeware can help you out as long as the original data has not been overwritten by anything new on the same phone memory card.
I believe this freeware can thoroughly scan your phone and restore all your wanted data as much as possible just in the same way as it successfully restore all the lost data of my friend back from his Samsung Phone.
Read more detailed information of this freeware here:
Note: In the future, you'd better never forget to save at least two copies of everything important on different memory cards or drives in case of similar data recovery problems.
