Question about HP iPAQ H2215 Pocket PC
When I try to turn on bluetooth, it brings up a window saying BTTrayCE- Bluetooth could not be correctly initialized. When I go through bluetooth manager, it brings up another window saying: "The bluetooth Radio failed to turn ON due to insufficient driver memory available. You must perform a normal reset before you can turn ON the bluetooth radio. I have done a rest, and done it several times. I have the latest update for HP. I've also tried to clean up background stuff using a software called: "Clear Temp" I cant afford anything else right now. Please help. I believe this has been a problem since 2004.
Broken for 13 years. ok
what OS, ? XP?a the 100% dead OS? that?
what HP PC? full model name, like DV6-1234us.(full)
what blutooth radio, is it 13 years old too?>
what size memory is there, (cp +system)
then look in task manager see memory usage and free mem.
then go to startup folder (msconfig) and get rid of all memory hogging software in there, most are useless
many are, like this.
Adobe update nag
Nvidia update nag
xxxxx update nags. (all useless and memory waste big time)
ccleaner nag ,etc ((does auto cleans so, may be useful)
I only allow my , protectors there, AV and Malwarebytes, etc.
does the RADIO work on other PCs' be like 1st step

SOURCE: bluetooth problem
often i find that programs are to blame for using lots of memory. a hard reset generally closes most of them but i use ClearTemp to remove the registry dregs and unused shortcuts. http://www.pda-ppc.com/download/utilities/content/cleartemp.html hope that helps!

SOURCE: HP ipaq 5550 - Bluetooth error
The error message is telling you that there is not enough memory to load the BlueTooth driver, try moving some of your files from My Documents/My Music etc. to your memory card. Also try uninstalling some of your programs and reinstalling them to your memory card, this will free up a fair bit of space in main memory and hopefully resolve the problem. Also; Tap Start, tap Settings, then tap the System tab and tap Memory. Tap the Main tab to see how much space is available in main memory, you should see a total of around 115-120MB available (128MB - the lie of storage device sizes - the file system) divided in to storage memory and program memory, if you see considerably less then you're iPaq has a hardware memory problem and will need repairing. Lastly keep in mind that Windows error messages cannot be trusted and the actual problem may be absolutely nothing to do with memory, so if this doesn't help post back.
