Hi there,

On a mac,

you will have to force quit. Click on your desktop background or any other open application, just so it no longer says itunes in the top left hand part of your screen.

Then click on the apple in the top left hand part of your screen, and then click on force quit. From here, a menu will pop up. Select itunes, and select force quit.

Then re-launch itunes.

On a PC:

press "ctrl" "alt" "delete" and select task manager or end task. Then select itunes and end or close the task.

Make sure you have the latest updates by running software update. If it keeps happening, you can re-install itunes and get the latest version from www.apple.com/itunes

Hope this worked for you.

Nathan.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Most of my itune shows are frozen only a few play fine.I deleted quicktime and itunes then reinstalled and nothing changed!!Please help

It could be that you have too many programs running, even ifyou don't know they're running.
If you're goingto update your iPod,close all other programs except your iTunes, and then right click on the toolbar at thebottom of your desktop and click task manager. Go to the processes tab and thenclick the user name tab at the top of the list. Anything that says owner exceptexplorer, task manger, and iTunes can be closed. That might help it to work alittle faster and not freeze for so long. Also, make sure you have the most upto date version of iTunes.
