Question about Samsung SGH-t629 Cellular Phone

1 Answer

Internal earpiece doesn't work

I own a Samsung t629 phone. I can no longer hear from the earpiece when someone calls or I call someone. I have to put it on speaker phone in order to hear. They can hear me just fine, though. Is there anything I can do to fix this without having to replace the phone? It's in perfect condition otherwise.

Hi, it seems your phone has a faulty earpiece, it's an internal component that should be replaced by a technical service center that supports your phone manufacturer.

Having problem with my Motorola V365. I can not hear anything on phone. need to use speaker Help

Hi, The earpiece of the phone you are using is bad. The earpiece is a small speaker inside the phone that allows you to hear when someone calls. It is collected close to where you put your ear when you are making calls.

When you replace the earpiece, the phone will work properly.

Have a nice day.
