Its the problem of power supply board in the tv.there is a safety circuit that gets short to avoid further damage.the noise which you are getting is of safety circuit getting short evrytime you turn the tv on.to avoid further damage donot on the tv till it get repaired.as the sdafety circuit is getting short more and more every time you turn the tv on. the cost of this reparing will be near to $50 if the safety circuit is got shorted.but as if you have turned the tv on again n again it can be possible that the safety circuit has shorted the power supply board too. if that is the case then the cost will be near to $150 for the replacement of the board .if the tv is too old its not worth fixing.but if its just 3-4 years used tv then the tv has more life in it get it repaired its very much advisable and its worth reparing. please do rate the solution.thank you for using fixya. keep updated.thanks.

When my rca 36F530 tv is plugged in it makes a high pitched buzzing noise picture does not come on

There is a short circuit in the high voltage circuit. the transformer who helps to create the high voltage or his power transistor is damage. replacement needed. the repair is not expensive, because the parts are average repair. Ask for an estimate.

Trouble turning on tv. High pitched noise/click.

The mainboard might have some loose components, or cold solder , or may be the filter capacitors are becoming faulty. Yes it is worth repairing, bring it to the repair shop. Cheers.

My TV shut off and will not come on

This is an issue with one of your power supplys wether it be high voltage horizontal power supply or the reg power supply. The beeping noise is letting you know that it has some power but not enough to start the high voltage needed to create the picture on your tube. I would seek professional help for this issue.
