One side has right hand threads and the other has left hand threads. You should get it done with an open end wrench.

How do I change a Bicycle Peddle arm? what tool do I need how much dose this tool cost?

It's called a crank arm, and the pedal (not peddle) is attached to the end. Usually one uses a crank puller, but as you have not said exactly what model bike you have or provided a close-up picture it's hard to advise you in more detail. Google "remove 3 piece crank arm" for help.

In the future please put as much into proper spelling and details you provide as the effort you expect others to take in answering your questions. Although "dose," "peddle" and "stile" are actual words they are not the same as "does," "pedal" and "style."

How do i install pedals

Right peddle has a right hand thread, normal, and left peddle has a left hand thread. On the left peddle you need to turn it clock wise to loosen it, counter clockwise to tighten

How do you remove the master link on a bicycle?

older bikes had a master link, back peddle and watch for a link that is different from all the rest. take a screwdriver and open up { looks like a c clip but stretched out} remove that and it should be easy from there. Newer bikes, don't have a master link...because there is not enough space between the sprockets for the extra clip.. you need a chain puller and it will open any link you want, ask the bike shop you get it from how it works, or follow the instructions that come with it

Can't get flywheel off, tried pully puller, after removing nut and washer , am i missing something. it's B&S 446677-0463-e1

Hi,
No you are not missing anything....they are pressed on and then with the heating and cooling they will need to be heated to get it off....focus the heat on the flywheel hub along with tension from the puller... then tap on the puller to get it to come loose...most times it pays to have an extra set of hands when doing this...

Most peddles have to simply be replaced when the bolt is damaged. There is no way to replace the part. They have new peddles for all kinds of bikes at your local bike shop.

Repair peddle on Huffy Incline 26

Try screwing it on by hand in both directions as one peddle screws in clockwise and the other anti-clockwise. If this still does not work look at the thread on the peddle and see if it looks threaded (damaged). If it does then you need a new peddle or set of peddles and a visit to your local bike shop can confirm this for you.
