Question about Kenmore Dryers
Hello, I have a Kenmore dryer and need some help. Everything works just fine, but for the knob that will shut the dryer off once it hits the end portion. It will turn fine, but it will not automatically shut off. The knob does not turn while its going so the dryer does not know when to turn off. Can you help me please? Thanks Stephanie
Miss Stephanie you must replace the timer.
If you have a timed dry setting. Run timed dry. If it does not shut off timer is bad.
If it does shut off you have a sensor problem.
