2 things. Brain (main board) could be dead.

Gun shot sound could also be the gears kicking.

Not a good sound and neither is cheap to get fixed. If its both... dump the machine, it'll be cheaper to buy a new one.

Brain plus both gears would hit you 400+ usually.

Machine does not make coffee and make a loud kicking sound

Hello,
you have a problem with the gears of the mechanism that drives the brew unit. They are 2 in number and change easily if you can open the covers of the machine and remove it.
You can try to make the quantity of ground coffee a bit less . It can fix it for litlle period of time. But the gears must be changed.
Have a nice day

Saeco Vienna superautomatica won't dump grounds puck into dump box

This needs looking at by a Saeco repair shop - the brew unit travels in a distinct 'pathway' from being empty, to filled, to coffee being tamped, then to being emptied. Yours is obviously not working as intended.
It may be the brew unit needs lubricating ( NOT OIL) or it may be the gear system that drives the brew units movements that needs attention.
Cheers
Mike.

Have you tried to clean the screen on the brew unit? If yes then try this remove the brew unit, and you will see the white plastic valve, gently lift the little lever to see if water flows out, if it does then problem is in the brew unit. If not then try another descale using scalekleen.

Saeco Vienna Deluxe leaking problem and grinder problem

I would repair it, it sounds like the grinder needs to be adjusted (burrs may be dull), and the leak on the bottom may be coming from the small drain hole on the back of the brew chamber. If you remo;ve the chamber you will see the white water valve that the chamber connect to, if you look below the white valve the small chamber in there will be filled with water, below that there is a small discharge use a stit stick or paper clip to clear hole.

Grind settings

The factory setting should be 8. The higher numbers are finer. The + and - knob is the doser amount, the amount of coffee in a shot dose. Average is 7 gm, the middle. The highest is 14, I think. Generally, the highest dose shouldn't be used consistently because it can cause stress on the brew group. Just brew two shots.

Saeco Vienna Deluxe odd burning smell

gears are probably broke. Happens when to much coffee and coffee ground too fine get compacted into the brew drive unit.

Shreds the plastic gears like butter.

Machine has to be sent out for service, gear replacement is long and impossible for anyone untrained. Trained techs it takes at least an hour if not more.

Saeco Veinna no power

There is an overheat protector on the boiler. If the unit is a newer say 2 years or younger some of the sensors are weak an pop thus shutting down the whole system. You would have to take the unit completly apart to get to it (not recommended) Google "authorized Saeco Repair and find a repair center and have them fix it. Probably less than $100
