Question about HP LaserJet 4600dn Color Printer
I've just installed an HP Colour LaserJet CP2025 dn printer.
Every time I print 11 blue dots, evenly spaced, appear down the left hand of the margin of the document.
How do I stop this happening please?
I have the same problem with an HP color laserjet 4600. I have found that the dots only appear when I print in color. When printing type in black only the dots don't appear. I replaced the cyan cartridge and cleaned the fuser, but the problem persists.
I am beginning to wonder if it is some kind of tracking the printer does???
It's probably the toner cartridge again. See if you can spot defects at the cyan drum unit that matches the marks on your printout.
