Question about Compaq Evo N600c Notebook
I have wireless router on my desktop pc and 2 laptops in home. One can connect easily to mt wireless network but my Compaq Evo N600 C will not show that tere is a network available and cant connect to wireless unless I buy a wireless usb stick. Please tell me how I can connect witout the stick Thanks
If the stick is the solution, why are you avoiding the solution?
From what you have said, the internal wifi in the Evo doesn't work, while
an external usb stick does.
Assuming that your internal wifi is properly configured and functional, it is
incapable of picking up your home wifi signal, though it might be functional in other situations ... Buying an external usb stick gives you a better antenna position and takes nothing away from your system, while adding functionality and sheilding the innards of your system from viral
attack as a first line of attack that is detachable.
Buy the USB stick.
