Pl infom me to download prodiser of bios and flasin
Akash plz start your internet and open Google.
then serch by" mercury pvm7pro updates" and then download the updates.
updates will be downloaded from mercury website easily.
it will be a Zipped file extract it on desktop.
then take a fresh floppy drive format it with "make startup disk" feature enabled. copy all the extracted files from desktop to floopy.
restart your pc and after that press F8 and select floppy drive option. and hope your bios will be updates in 1 min.

Try Asus update first, found here: http://dlsvr01.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/flash/Asusupdt60301.zip
It should check your current BIOS and download the newest one and install it automatically. If that doesn't work for you then you will need to update the BIOS from a bootable floppy disk using the two files found below:
The BIOS is here: http://dlsvr01.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/socket775/P5GD1/P5GD114.zip
You also need the BIOS update tool found here: http://dlsvr01.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/flash/AFUDOS221.zip
