Are you asking where to get new handle and stands for this skillet? I'm not sure I understand the question.

You said fairly new? If you've owned it less than a year, it should be under warranty and Rival would then replace or repair it for free.

If it's more than a year old, that's another story.

I've emailed Rival to see if you can purchase replacement legs. The S16 seems to be retired - no one I can find has it for sale. But if you do end up having to buy another one, the best deal I found on an electric skillet was here:
    http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Pro...

I'll post again when I hear back from Rival. Let me know if you bought this less than a year ago.

Here is the response I got from Rival:

I do apologize for the inconvenience, we do not have the legs available for replacement. I can offer you a 25% discount on a new unit the model is S16RB, the price would be $37.49 plus shipping and handling and any applicable tax. If interested placing an order you can email me your credit card number, expiration date and the last three digits in back of your card and I will be more than happy to place an order for you.

If you're interested, I can forward you that email so that you can order it from them. Of course, they'd need your shipping address too - I gave them mine when I filled out their response form. However, if yours is under a year old, I still think you can get warranty service, so don't buy a new one.

I don't have access to your email address from here, I just realized.

However, here's the full text of their email to me:

    Hello John,

I do apologize for the inconvenience, we do not have the legs available for replacement. If you copy that into an email to RivalService@speedymail.com and request the same 25% discount, I'm sure it'll work fine.

Or if you're more comfortable with it, use their web form:http://www.rivalproducts.com/help.aspx?h...

Loose pan handle

Look at whe pan where the handle meets the pan. There may be a screw that takes either a flat blade or phillips screwdriver fitting. If it is there, simply screw the handle back in until it's tight and you are done.

The rubber handle on my frying pan has become sticky

Wash it very well in as hot a water as you can handle using Dawn Dish soap, rinse in as hot a water as you can handle and dry immediately. Re-was as necessary to remove the stickyness.

Sticky black handles on Farberware frying pan

I tried the grease cutting soap to no avail. Decided it needed a more aggressive approach. Since the suggested cause was grease, I decided to try my automotive brake cleaning spray. That did not wash the surface but it did soften the surface enough to discover the culprit was a deteriorated coating Farberware put on the handle. The brake cleaner was effective in softening the coating such that I could use my finger nail to scrap it off. I now have a smooth non sticky handle.

How do you put the handle back on a sabora frying pan when u take it off?

The handle is suppose to come off of a Sabora frying pan. It was made that way. Only, I've never been able to get it off, so I always left mine one. Now, somehow, my husband got it off. I'm not sure how to get mine on either. No rivets necessary (it just slips on and off anyway). I'll come back and repost if I find the directions online.

Broke plastic handle on fry cooker.

If you still have your manual to this unit I bet the manufacturer has a website that you can order from. If you don't have your manual then you can google the manufacturer for their website and order a new one there. I always keep my maunals for this reason. I hope this helps.

Broken door handle

Inserted a small screwdriver between the ring and the handle assembly. There are three tabs that needs to be released. One on top, one on bottom and one on end(opposite of the locking lever). After that. the ring simple popped off.
