Microsoft Visual Basic Run-time error ' 28' Out of stack space How to fix it?

Hello and Welcome to FixYa!
Out of stack space means something is continuously loading the data onto the stack and when the stack gets full the it has no more space and throws the exception.
Run-time error '28' is the error code for Stack overflow.
There may be many reasons behind this, it depends on your coding.

What does the error message "out bin full" means

This error indicates that the sensor that detects when too much paper is stacked in the output bin to allow more paper to exit. This flag sometimes sticks and a quick check is to make sure that nothing has become jammed where the paper exits the printer. Most common cause is the flag getting jammed because someone has remove the paper the wrong way. I have never seen the actual sensor fail.

Nderstanding the meanung of error messages

There are many reasons a calculator will report an error.

Simple calculators usually only report errors for math operations that are not possible such as dividing by zero or if you hit equals when there is no number between a math symbol ( 3 ++ 4 = ERROR)
For more complicated calculators like the TI-89 an error can come up due to such mathematical errors and there is a lot of room for error with more complicated equations. Also there are programs in the calculator that if not done correctly will crash and cause an error.
The instruction booklet should have a list of common errors and how to avoid them. Look at the table of contents or the index to find such a list.

Good Luck hope this helps.

A message just "popped up"

It has to do with memory. When you make requests of your computer programs it puts those requests in a stack (or pile) and then works on them in a predefined order. There's a certain amount of memory reserved for the stack and when you exceed it you get a stack overflow error. These errors usually either kill the request or result in a program crash.
