Your System may be slow due to following reason
- Too many programs running at startup or in the background
- Data Corruption, hard disk fragmentation
- Missing Windows updates or outdated drivers
- Not enough hard drive space, too many unused programs
- Left over programs, old cached and temporary files
So Follow these steps to fix computer problem::
- Delete all the temp files
- Remove unused programs
- install latest drivers from the manufacturer site
- Install and run antispyware software
- Free up wasted space with Disk Cleanup tool
- Defragment your hard disk drive

Press windows button and in the search type msconfig go to startup tab and uncheck those you dont want to start.
scroll to the bottom toolbar bottom of screen right click you can select task manager applications also processes you will see whats running on your computer and ticking over you might have a virus

downloading speed depends on internet connection not on PC specification.

If your transfer is low then downloading will also be low.

My hp pavilion a800n's fan won't turn off

It is possible that your computer is simply overheating causing it to slow down. There are a few ways to check this. Enter the BIOS and go to the hardware monitor, what temperatures does the computer read both for the CPU and the Motherboard? Another option is to install and run a program called HWmonitor that can be found here. Report back when you can.

Problem in scanned images uploading

If you have 50 units of computer working the same time such as uploading big files, the problem for the rest among your 7 computers that work fast is between the hub connectors on the network system. You can check this connectors by replacing those slow ones to that faster computers.
Then if your faster computers slow down and the replaced connectors from slow working bacomes fast then the problem is in your hub distribution connectors.
