Head to the Netflix home page in your browser and sign in. In the upper right-hand corner you’ll see your account symbol. then click “Your Account.” Scroll down and click the “Viewing activity” link. Then click the “See recent account access” link.
Sign into your netflix act online. In the top right corner of the page once signed in you will see a happy face, click it. Scroll to Account. Cancel options should be there.

First off you dont need xbox live gold to use netflix anymore. Sign in to a xbox live profile then sign in using the netflix app on the xbox using your Netflix name and password.
