Question about Televison & Video
Well I have a work around and a solution possibly. first go threw your menu audio and verify external speakers are not turned off. if there is no setting or it is turned on already try a different video/audio input if nothing else if you have good picture you can use a stereo reciever to play the sound you do not have to input audio into the tv if you have surround sound go straight from your device(dvd, vcr,cable box etc.) to your sereo reciever just the audio plugs (red and white, not yellow unless you have a monitor out from your stereo in which you conect all three to the stereo input then one cable from the monitor out on the stereo to the tv in put
