Make sure that you realise that 1 degree is colder than 2 degrees and therefore a setting of 3 - 5 degrees might solve your problem

Vegetables freeze in drawers and on shelves why ?

Try checking your tempt control, you may have it on the LOWEST setting. Put on recommended setting, that should resolve the problem. If not, then the thermostat is malfunctioning, then that will need to be replaced.

try turning down the thermostat for the freezer side some times the controls seem backward. However most fridges are desighned for thwe freezer side with some thought giving to pushing some air to the refrige side. in most cases it easier to start back at medium settingsfor two or three days.

Vegetable draw is freezing the vegetables

if you pull out the vegetable drawer, you will notice a vent on the left side in the back. get some tape ( I use aluminum tape ) and cover the bottom half of the vent, that will help keep your vegetables from freezing. that should solve your problem. Joe
