I am sorry that I can't give you the answer that you want to hear. These radios are very complex and will only do what they are designed to do. I have 40 years of RF experience and it would be sheer folly for me to even think that I could do such a thing.
Sorry mate.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How can i modify the midland 75-822 for more channels?

Modding your CB for more channels puts the radio into Ham bands which you need a license to transmit on, also modding a CB violates FCC part 95 rules and is therefor illegal to transmit with and the hams report most illegal transmitting on there band

Hello,I have four walkie talkie brand new from Kenwood, UBZ LF 14, and they work in the PMR band. Now I'm living in Italy and the PMR band is not allowed for family use by the Government The family...

Elio:
Your local Kenwood rep is correct for a couple of reasons:

1. The cost to modify your current radios to operate on the Italian band would be higher than the price of new radios.

2. Operating modified radios would be a violation of Italian laws.

My roadtrip cobra cb won't talk with my midland gxt radios

What midland is it? if its a gmrs 2 way radio, like a walkie talkie, even tho it has 40 channels, it is not a CB. it transmits on a completely different band.

CB is in the 27mhz band, and gmrs is in the 462 MHZ band.

They will not talk to each other.

What is the use of push to talk how can we acess it

Push to talk is a kind of wireless service provided by the service provider. You might have to activate it for some charge said by the provider.Once activated, your phone becomes a walky talky that can detect around 200mts of another walky talky around.Hope this answers your question. Please do rate my solution.Thank you.

Purchased a new Walkie Talkie Doro wt87 today from Electronic Centre, Belfast. In view of this I have been unable to download the User Manual from www.doro.com. Can you assist me in getting it downloaded....

The IT person was eventually able to Download the User Guide, therefore subsequently we were able to get the Radios Operational.

In view of this, no further action is required pertaining to this matter.

Many Thanks

Wes Dickson.

Walky talky

A walkie talky as we called them, back when we were younger - and hell we probably still do in some respects, hence the fact my friend still refers to her cordless phone as a "walkie talky" and the principals haven't changed that much.

The common old Walkie Talky or CB radio use what we call a half duplex, that means only one person can talk at a time. We are talking and listening on the same channel.

Cell phones are full duplex, meaning two way conversation, and this is simply listening on one channel whilst talking on another, so the basic principal is basically the same, just a little more sophisticated.

Walkie-talkie typically has one channel
CB radio has 40 channels.
Cell phone
can communicate on 1,664 channels or more!

I have included a link to a circuit diagram.

There is also two links below, building the transmitter & receiver.

Trust this helps, and please take the time to rate the answer given, thank you.
